I have been to two Sullivan's restaurants, in Austin and Anchorage.
Each had great staff, superb food and some pretty good cocktails. It seems to me that in these two very far apart locations, that this is a chain of restaurants that have great atmosphere no matter where you go.
I showed up to the Anchorage location last night wearing my charcoal suit and fedora, and was instantly told by the hostess "you look like you belong here and everyone else doesn't."
There was live music, jazz piano, in the bar area after my meal and I just had a blast talking with the staff. This makes me super happy that such a themed restaurant exists in this day and age...
Does anyone else have a Sullivan's in their area? Any good stories?
