Stetson Zephyr Weight 7 3/8

I'm not sure about the vintage on this hat, but it has classic lines, and beautiful lightweight pliable felt. It's a great hat for cool summer evenings, or any warm day when straw feels too casual. The 2 1/2" raw edge brim has a double row of stitching. The felt, sweat, ribbon and liner are all in excellent condition.

Is there any indication of Stetson "quality" e.g. 3x, xxx, Royal, Royal Deluxe, etc?

No, the sweatband is plain black with no markings, the only info is on the liner, and I think Zephyr Weight is the quality designation, since all those designations refer to the type of felt used and in this case it's the Zephyr weight felt.

What is the color?

I'd call it black or dark charcoal grey. It might have a bit of a greenish cast, but it's subtle. The overall impression is black.
