it is truly a lovely hat ... I just can't make it work for me

it's not specific to DelMonico
I got it at Heimie's Haberdashery in MN.

and the color is "Phantom Grey" but the hat as you can see in the photos has heavy tan tones
I guess I would categorize it as a taupe
