Standard and Strange - ordering / experiences

General question since I have been browsing S+S website. Seems many here have purchased from them, and they carry some interesting lines. RMC in particular. What has your experience been with any S+S order? Sizing?

They’ve been helpful with sizing recommendations via phone and email as I’m unable to visit to try the item on. Also, if they have limited inventory, do they ship from their backroom stock, or shop the floor item? Asking only since some stores separate any saleable inventory from display items.

I've ordered once from SS. John Lofgren engineer. I didn't ask them any questions and ordered my usual size. The boots shipped the next day and appeared unworn.

Hi! I’ve ordered several times (JLB boots, lots of RMC) - they are super helpful with sizing and everything. Fast shipping. The things are brand new but I believe they do not separate the items (some at warehouse and some at shop) as the stock is small and almost everything is on display at store. Sometimes they have hidden gems in store which are not listed in the Webshop but you need to visit to find them.
