Nice Italian Parabuntal in size 7 3/8 or 60 cm. fits my 23 1/4 head fine.
Lovely natural patina on this one. Blue Crown ribbon really is a nice contrast with the straw .
Brim is 2 1/2. Crown at front about 4 1/4.
Fabric sweatband makes this comfortable without the weight of leather. Hat is virtually unworn. In excellent condition. No stains . No breaks .
Sharp looking lid and fine Italian quality .

Harv if your at 23 this one should be ok. The way they did the fabric sweat it allows for some size variation.
It fits me at 23 1/4 but would optimally be better suited for 23".
