I have only 3 or 4 german vintage ties so far.
This one is really nice. Bought it on a flea market in berlin but it doesn't have tags/labels.

I still don't get the difference between late 40s and early 50s ties. The one on the right is from Widebrim. I like to wear them with single breasted jackets that have a big V-opening.
It's not like there's a 'difference' between late-40s and early-50s ties, it's just that after 1952 everything started to narrow in width. Even though I've dealt with vintage ties for over twenty years now I can't positively date a tie be it 1948 or 1951.
