Shamrock Shake

St. Patrick's Day is coming up and I am aware that some McDonald's across the pond offer this festive treat.

Has anyone tried it, what do you think?

I've been experimenting to try an create a similar flavour back in the UK.

I always look forward to this time of year, as Shamrock Shakes have been an annual treat for me for at least 30 years, maybe longer. The only time I didn't enjoy them was a long time ago. They kept the green color but dropped the mint flavor, but that went over like a lead balloon, so they brought back the mint. I'll have to get my final one for the year tomorrow.

Yeah but they taste even better because you know you can only have them during this time of the year. If we get too spoiled with year round shamrock shakes, it would just lose its luster.
