Searching for a "suit valet" stand

This is a call for the advice of savvy Lounge members: I am looking for a suit valet stand. Can anyone recommend a brick and mortar source in the southern CA area? There are a number of nice looking pieces on the web, but I very much should like to A. look at the item first, and B. not pay shipping.

I did do a search through the threads: if someone has already addressed this, then I somehow missed it.

There are some about. There are some lovely wooden ones. I have a perfectly serviceable one I got from Lidl, yes Lidl for about £12.00, so good I bought a spare one.

What sort of thing were you looking for?

Bed Bath and Beyond?
Family owned furniture stores?
The Bombay store was a source but it don't think there are any left.
Maybe some of the big luggage stores?

They turn up at estate sales all the time. Check your local Classifieds, or Craigslist.

John has it right for Bed Bath & Beyond. I usually spy them there on sale on a regular basis.

They even have the little dresser valet there to put all you pocket stuff in.
