It looks like the scuff/grime is on top of the leather coating right? And not taken from the leather coating. If this is the case, then use an alcohol pad or dip a qtip in some alcohol and try to ”lift” the grime off. Th looks pretty minor and isn’t really needed for a panel redye. If you want to reduce you’d have to clean the surface with alcohol first so the dirt and grime don’t get caked in.
