Hey y’all
I have two black Schott crosszips, decided to sell this one as I like the fit on the 618 better.
This model is nearly identical to the standard 519, except they swapped the quilted nylon lining for a really beautiful iridescent burgundy red.
The natural waxy leather basically comes already broken in. Personally I think not everything needs to be a project…but avoid this jacket if you prefer your own break in process. It drapes and wears quite easily. Interesting grain throughout. It has more sheen than the very matte 100 series naked leather or their steerhide, but less than the horsehide. It strikes a pretty nice balance.
The buckle is a big heavy thing, love it. Snaps to the jacket to keep in place when not buckled.
Approx measurements with soft tape:
Chest: 22”
Shoulders: 17.5” (please remember the gussets)
Back: 25”
Sleeve: 25.5”
Asking $500 plus shipping ($15 in USA for USPS Priority)
