I just got a dark grey Portis "Sterling Quality" Swans Down Finish hat with a 2" ribbon, overwelt 1 3/4" brim, and no real damage. Has some creasing from the previous bash, smells a little smokey (not too bad, and I hate the smokey smell), could benefit from a re-block. I'm a 7 3/4 long oval, nearly a 7 7/8, and this is tight on me. Rather than stretch it out, I thought I'd see if anybody here would be interested. If a trade would interest anyone, I've also got a 2 1/8 x 2" brim Caribou Temple that is a tight 7 3/4, and I would take $90 plus shipping for both. The Temple may be an older model, has a visible bleach mark or stain on the front brim (see photos), liner is great, sweat as well, just a bit tight on my head. Brim has been cut down. Soft felt. Trades welcome, as long as they'd fit a 7 3/4 long oval or a 7 7/8. Let me know. Thanks, Frank.
