Beautiful jacket and a real special piece
Fits like a glove BUT I am in need of reducing the collection and for whatever reason this struggles to enter the rotation...it might have to do with the fact that is one of the 4 in a very similar shade of colour, anyhow just putting it out there, Lounge only, if it doesn't go, it'll be my excuse to keep!
I had that made to my spec and kept it simple, more than vaguely inspired by an Aero Maxwell, was made out of a rare batch of Walpier cognac steer hide from Italy which is very pliable, easy to wear, has some gorgeous depth to it and it hasn't really even started developing.
Conceria Walpier is one of the oldest traditional tanneries in Tuscany, part of the guild of Italian vegetable tanned leather tanneries, you can look up what they do here https://www.conceriawalpier.com/
Jacket is finished with Corozo cat-eye buttons, really nice light wool lining, 2 inside pockets, and 2 slash side pockets, side adjusters, single point back yoke
I would call it a 44, measurements below
