I haven't got quite the hang of the game yet, but from what I've seen, Rugby totally rocks. Several years ago I caught a live game from the Rec, in Bath, on cable and I was an instant convert.
I'm almost half English, but there's a little Welsh in there, too. So I assume this is a 5 nations match (5 nations, right?), so maybe I'd have to root for Wales. But I suppose they're already out of it?
Shows what I actually know about Rugby. But when I get to the UK, I'd love to see a match.
And congrats to Ireland.

I made the mistake of ending up in a rather Cross of St George flag type pub in Sarf London after a wedding. I had to leave early at half time as I was unable to control my pro-Irish tendencies.

I'll remain solidly north of the river for the foreseeable. 1 afternoon in the provinces is sufficiently disturbing. Someone actually threw a handful of forks at a darts board.:eusa_doh:

Ha, doesn't it just. And to think I hadn't been paying attention that the game was on, so I was watching Hollyoaks.... Still, we Celts are genetically programmed to take great delight in seeing the English thrashed at anything. You know the old line - "I support two teams: Ireland, and whoever is playing against the English." Probably comes of growing up with BBC kids' TV and Radio 1 pushing "our boys" England once too often....

Six Nations. They added Italy a few years ago, if memory serves.

I could have told you that, dear boy - you have one too many eyes and entirely too many teeth of your own for much of South London. There are whole tracts of the place that regard one as being "a bit gay" if you can read....
