I like 'em a lot! They definitely feel more like shoes than boots to me, like classic work oxfords. They are marked 9.5, and seem about a US 10 to me, which is usually my size. Overall a very high level of craftsmanship for sure. Wearing them today for the first real extended wear. Heel feels just a bit high to me (at 1.5" total, including basically a triple midsole) but should be fine.
RDT calls this the "Coupen Boot," and describe them as mid-cut boots. But yeah, to me they are basically chunky work oxfords -- albeit of a very high quality.
Update: Just got these resoled by Brian the Bootmaker, with Vibram wedge soles (or "squishy soles" as my daughter calls them). I have never been a big fan of the wedge soles to be honest, but the original sole wasn't working for me, and I decided to go for the comfiness factor over looks. I have to say, I like the way these turned out, and they are very comfy indeed:
