Replacing the ribbon and edge binding on a homburg

I recently purchased a black, Lock & Co homburg from one of the board members. The ribbon and the edge binding need to be replaced. Does anyone have any recommendations as to who provides this type of service? The hatband is good, but the ribbon at the back has come undone. Also, what type of price would I be looking at?
