Lightly Used Teacore Buco Jacket. Minor imperfections and wear. This jacket shoes the tea core through extremely quickly. Standard and Strange description below. This is a size 40 Label but measurements are closer to a 42. Text 1-785-443-3736

Dating back to 1933, the "Joseph Buegeleisen Co." in 1933 were specialists in motorcycle accessories and saddlebags. In 1947, they launched "Buco", a full apparel line with the slogan: “Motorcycle jackets, gloves, caps, belts and bags all cut and sewn by life long craftsmen dedicated to the task at hand”.

More recently, The Real McCoy's acquired the license to produce jackets under the "Buco" name, and makes the absolute finest of the reproductions out there. No other company manufactures their jackets to the same standards. The production is atelier-style - one sewer to a jacket, start to finish. Leathers, linings, hardware, thread, and trims are all made to be an exact match for the original.

The JH-1 is the original double rider from Buco, first made in 1947. It features a snap belt (with custom snaps, just for this jacket, of course), the signature asymmetrical zipper, and a custom-made red & black check lining in wool. The leather is a vegetable tanned horsehide, which is naturally a custom tannage for The Real McCoy's. It will break in quickly to show the brown core for a vintage look.

True to size. Cleaning should be by a leather jacket specialist only.

Hello, nice jacket. Would you happen to have the hem of the jacket measured? Thank you in advance.

I own a size 42 and the bottome hem measurement is 20.5" side to side, i would say this 40 probably has 20" side to side.
The seller mentions "true to size" but also "runs a bit large", i would disregard that, i have a 41" chest and a size 42 is on the smaller side for me. If anything this jacket runs a bit small for the tag size.

Hey sorry, I have been camping.

So what I said is confusing. I see now. What I meant was it’s a bit large for the Real McCoy’s sizing. But fits close to other leather jacket sizes.

But Carlos is correct on the hem. It’s just shy of 20inches.
