Quite intrigued by high Bowler/Derby

Although most of the classics are in my collection (Homburg/Fedora/Bowler etc...) the high Bowler is quite elusive so far. I've found a few traders that make/sell them but never as high as those I found in pictures so it seems.

I gladly give credit to the people who put them on the sites where I found these pictures featuring persons wearing high bowlers. When looking at the picture on the actual site you can even zoom in for a far better view. So I include the links :

Found on a Dutch heritage site : A man in Amsterdam in 1892, wearing a splendid looking high bowler.

Found on a Belgian heritage site : members of an archer's guild, probably well off citizens judging by their attire, photo from around 1887, zoom in to spot those with high Derby hat.

And also this one from the same Belgian site, photo taken at the baptism/maiden flight of a gasballoon in 1911, where one of the gentlemen on the left side also wears a high bowler.
