Wonderful (and very heavy!) tweed Hacking Jacket in apprx. 44L made by renowned Phllips & Piper LTD.
These go for several hundred new and usually for more than $100 used.

** I'm going to continue for about a week offering gems like this exclusively to members of The Fedora Lounge and then I'll be selling on Ebay with notices to this forum. I'm not at all disgruntled about some very nice items not getting any takers here - in fact, I'm grateful for being able to list here and to earn and learn - but there are buyers out there in the world who will grab this kind of stuff up if our little community here won't.

3-button + collar tabs. Very substantial material throughout. Stylish, warm and protective. 3 pockets + ticket pocket outside. 3 pockets inside plus full lining. Classically flared sides and single back vent.
Check one of your good fitting coats to these measurements:
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 19-3/8"
Overall length: 35"
Chest (FLAT): 26" across
Sleeve from shoulder seam to cuff: 26"
NOTE TWO MINOR FLAWS: Small slightly thread bare area on right chest lapel (see fourth photo). It took me more than a day of staring at the jacket on my display stand to finally notice it because the tweed hides it fairly well. Also, two small holes in the liner on mid/lower back area inside jacket.
