Prop question - can anyone make me a badge?

Hi guys and gals. New to the Lounge ... stumbled across it a couple of weeks ago and have been reading it with fascination ever since.

Not sure this is the right forum for this, but I'm looking for a little help in finding someone who can make a full-size replica of a WWII-era Naval Intelligence badge. My friend's grandfather was a Naval Intel agent during the War and recently passed ... we're trying to make a "shadow box" display of his wartime insignia but unfortunately he either was not allowed to keep his badge or lost it over the years.

The replica wouldn't necessarily have to be made of metal, as long as it LOOKS like its made of metal. Don't know if that helps ...

Those are awsome badges, can't make one though. I propose that you convert one from a security guard badge that is blank at a jewlers or yourself.

Yeah, we were thinking about taking it to a jeweler. I was just hoping some of the prop experts on this forum might have some other ideas.
