This is a modern polka dot halter top party dress. Asking $45 shipped UPS.
Maker is Rimini, size 8. Purchased new in 1991 from Lord & Taylor in New York for a wedding, worn a couple of times only.
The color is dark navy blue with white polka dots. Fabric is 100% cotton, fairly heavy. There is red piping around the lapels and down the button placket, yellow piping around the back. The buttons are bright yellow fabric-covered with rhinestones. The skirt is full, with reverse pleats, an intermediate double crinoline underskirt and a satin lining. Some snaps need a little restitching. The dress was bought with a black fabric covered leather belt by Nicole Miller in size 10. The belt was included by the salesgirl as the correct belt was missing. It looks OK with the black belt, but would look much better with a red or yellow belt if you have one (or even white).
