I didn't find a dedicated thread so I started this one.
Here is my Golden Pilgrim in Argyle, 2 3/4 inch brim (edit: correctly measure from crown edge instead of sweatband edge) with 5 1/2 inch crown, 7 5/8 Long Oval.

Thanks CR! I'd cover most of the pool table if I pull out the rest of thin ribbons!
I put the Pilgrim up against swatches I got from VS & Pecan was the closest shade but even it was touch too light.

Finally!

As promised, I was able to snap a few pictures of the insides of my Pilgrim this evening.

I have always figured this hat was from the 60's, as I have heard this was the decade when alternatives to ribbons were at their peak (such as the rope style ribbon on mine). That may or may not be true, because this hat certainly isn't a stingy, and doesn't fit any other characteristics from the 60's, though I'm sure that may not mean anything.

Anyone have any other ideas as to the time period of this Pilgrim?
