I have no idea, but i think one the comments there was up to something stating that it looks like an italian designer version of a british shooting jacket;
I have a quite old Zegna overcoat/peacoat with the very same combination of hidden zipper+ buttons + leather details, and a very similar overall approach to "re-modernised old school garment"...
