Panizza sizing

I'm looking to buy a panizza hat. Because of the shipping cost and how far away it is, am concerned about the correct size. If I am a 58 cm in Stetson and 58 cm in Christy's, can I assume that I am a 58 cm in Panizza hats?

Anyone with panizza hat-buying experience? How is RMR?

Is this vintage Panizza or current production? RMR is good but ship with Fedex Courier for lots of $$$ and it will go through Customs.

Vintage Panizzas have been on the large end of size. Modern one was slightly small--similar to Stetson otr Borsalino. Generally 58 means 58 but the oval dimensions differ from various brands. Stetson is generally shorter front to back than any other. Christy's I have no knowledge.

Not to beat a dead horse, but duty fees ~ 10% of total cost?
