ORIGINAL WWII US NAVY PEACOAT, SIZE 40

This was my dad’s. He SERVED in the Pacific in WWII aboard the USS Coolbaugh (destroyer escort) from Mar1944 - Dec1945 and received a purple heart for his injuries. Coat is in excellent condition, everything original, 10 fouled-anchor buttons, Kersey wool, Brown corduroy pocket lining, Throat latch, Has a minor 1” blemish on edge (see photo). Please look at all photos as they are part of the description. Price of $225. I will ship by USPS Retail Ground for free within the Continental U.S.

Any chance you could measure:
Pit to pit
Shoulder seam to seam
Sleeve, shoulder to cuff??
Also, height and weight of your Son?
