Original A2 Size Question: Sizero 41 1

I just saw an origimal A2 I was contemplating buying pop up online. It is described as a Monarch A2 size 41 1. I have never ever heard of a size 41 1 but that is actually what is on the tag. Did they actually do odd sizes like that back in the day?

I have never heard of a Monarch A-2 sized as a 41 1. Like all issued USAAF A-2s they were made in standard sizes from a 32 to a 54, with most being in the 38-42 size range. Please can post a picture of the size tag.
