Opinons on this sport coat, please...

Just got a screaming deal on this sport coat. It is a "Chester Barrie" sold by Carrol & Co in Beverly Hills. Bought it on Ebay on impulse. What season is this coat? What would go with it?

Looks good to me, a nice daytime jacket, probably spring/fall, depending on weight. The color is fairly neutral - I generally use the secondary colors and even the buttons as hints of what will go with a jacket. This one should look good with a white or blue shirt and dark tan or brown pants, as a starting point. I usually just try out new jackets with everything in my closet to see what looks right. There's texture to consider as well as color - pairing things in person is the most reliable way to judge, IMO.

That is one gorgeous spring/summer weight jacket. They've matched the plaid beautifully.
