Hi again Frank - I have a badly refurbished Stetson Playboy II - I bought it NOS in about 1996, think it's from the 60s. It has a 1-1/2" brim, mighty snappy in back. The guy who cleaned it and replaced the sweat did a truly crappy job, and stretched it out a bit while he was at it - seems to be about a 7-7/8 now. It would need a complete refurb (sweat, ribbon, block). Let me know if you would consider a project hat for dirt cheap and I'll take some pics. Carl
