New Tolliker finally

Finally had some time (last night around 1 am) to make myself a new tolliker. I have been busy with my real job and also making various hat tools and blocks for others.......but finally did it.

Now it will just sit on the shelf waiting for me to try it out some day....lol....and I am sure it will have some dust on it.

Its made with a cherry foot, an osage orange neck ring and a black walnut handle.

If I ever get a chance to actually use it I will let you all know how it works!

There was a time I had asked that same question. I love recreating old vintage hat tools. I have been wanting to make myself one for a year or so...but every time I make some...they are gone!..so this baby is mine. Probably go up with my favorite vintage brim flange..or toilet seat as my wife calls it.
