Time to consolidate the collection and sadly part with those hats that are redundant or just look bad on my noggin.

For your consideration, a Borsalino of vintage unknown. The felt is furry, flawless, and of a dark brown/green approaching black in color. The ribbon is a replacement, but made of vintage rayon/cotton ribbon stock. The hat is flawless except for some edge delaminations and a small tear (repaired) on the back edge of the sweatband. The sweatband itself is supple and the damage is the result of a then novice hat collector over handling the hat. The hat does not appear to have been originally sold in the US.
