This looks promising and it has a belt back. There is another in the catalog but not on the web yet.
Hemingway Jones said:Have you fellows seen the trench coat? It looks pretty interesting. It has very wide lapels. I like that.
It may be found here.
Zach R. said:Well, I paid less than 1/6 of retail for my Burberry trench, so I think I got a pretty good deal.
Robert Conway said:The Burberry isn't what it used to be, and to be honest, it looked and felt a little cheap, especially when you consider how much they charge for it.
Oddly enough I failed to find a real, vintage Burberry from the 30's or 40's.
Robert Conway said:I ordered one of these last week. Should be here any day now...lets hope it's as nice as they claim it is.

I looked at the Brooks Brother's coat, and while it is very well made, I felt
it was rather...plain.

thanks
Baron Kurtz said:Yep, Burberry is so focussed on it's lower end product that it has lost sight of what it used to be. bk
Zach R. said:I got it off ebay, it was a killer Buy It Now deal.
Vladimir Berkov said:I know you are a J Peterman fan, Matt. How would you rate the quality/construction of their suits/jackets? Banana Republic? Joseph A. Banks? Brooks Brothers?
Baggers said:I've been thinking about replacing the Burberry trench I bought about fifteen years ago and then sold about three years back. This looks like an interesting alternative. Please post pictures and a review as soon as you can.
Cheers!
