New Blue Stetson

I went to the Portland Antique Expo today and picked up 5 vintage ties and this: A deep Navy Blue Stetson with a stetson box. It was very dirty and misshapen, but with a little TLC it cleaned up great. The felt was in excellent condition as was the sweatband.
This is the 3rd Blue Fedora I've found at this antique show. Not that I needed another one, but when they are relatively rare compared to the other colors I couldn't resist. It's ribbon treatment is just like the Playboys I have, it's very light weight felt and just a Stetson Sticker on the inside crown, but no Playboy label on the sweat band.

I thought you all would like to see it.

Wow! I would've snagged that up too! That's what I love about this forum. It shouldn't suprise me that there are blue Stetsons but this is the first time I see one. Great catch.

Here they are. The sweatband is a little different than I've seen in other stetson, it's a lighter color as you can see, but definitely vintage.

Hey thanks Jimmy, you are right that does look like a match to mine. A Blue Wanderer, even though it's a touch big for me, I'm glad I bought it. I'll pad up the sweatband a bit to snug her up and it'll be fine.
