Need help getting a Harlow do

Hi there-

If you can see my avatar---I want to try getting that style. I have VERY fine hair but it will hold a curl if I use some setting lotion and seems to like a wet set better than dry.

Any suggestions?

PS--I have lots of rollers, both sponge and hot, so I'm up for anything!

It kind of looks like pin curls that have been brushed out with fingers. Either that or a play or a mix of pin curls and finger waves.

I would say a wet set with pincurls and a lot of practice I think.
