Need help determining my size

Hello ladies, I need help determining my size in the Marfy dress patterns. Normally in Butterick, and Vogue I wear/ use a size 12 pattern. I love the dress patterns but I have no clue what my measurements are in centimeters, and certainly not what my size is. Can anyone help me determine what my size in these patterns would be? I'm a 39 inch bust which is 99 cm. My waist is 31 inches, which converts to 79 cm. So I fall between sizes 46 and 48.
