Hi,
I have a genuine leather jacket with Navajo totem wool-blend panels jacket lists on eBay. I only wore it a couple of times at home. It is a little big for me, and I have decided to sell it. The tag shows mens' size 44. I feel it is between 42R to 44R.
Here is the detailed measurement of the jacket:

Should Width: 19.25 inches/49 cm
Chest: 47.25 inches/120 cm
Back Length: 25.5 inches/65 cm
Sleeve Length: 25.5 inches/65 cm
