Unless he has some of the most strikingly deceptive light sources conceivable, I suspect that it indeed a red liner, such as the one used for my Sesquipedalian.

Incidentally, I must compliment you on the hat. It is awash in intriguing colors and has a lovely profile and crease. I especially like the placement of the dents, which I would imagine gives the hat a subtle forward profile.

Yes, he originally planned to use the black one for my hat as it fit the color scheme closely, but I requested the red one. I am rather keen to see the black one; I plan to have my chance to do so in person some time. Some time...

Black liner?

Love that Trackside KObalto, I hadnt thought of one of those but you have put the idea in my head as to next Art hat. Yes you are correct about the black liner. I have recently recieved my first Art hat A Savoy type much like yours and PGoats, but really inspired by fedoralovers who posted pics of his here. It arrived with a black liner which I had not expected but am delighted with , suits it perfectly. It is a very smart hat and has made me dream as to what the next should be. Please dont ask for pics as I havent worked that out at all, but it is very like those mentioned.
