Not so long ago, I started three threads featuring collections of vintage advertising slogans from 1949.

I just thought I'd mention, for those who enjoyed reading those lists, that I'm continuing to post new (well, old) lists, but rather than start thread after thread here (especially given that the lists are so long), I'm now posting them on my blog, CladriteRadio.com
In recent weeks, I've posted lists of slogan used to cars and truck makers, beverage (soft drinks and juice) manufacturers and marketers, and coffee, tea, and juice purveyors.
A new list will go up each Monday for the foreseeable future.
