Montechristi 7 1/8 or 57

I received this hat for Christmas from my daughter. She picked it up in Panama last year while her Cutter was moored there. It's a nice straw in the Havana styled crown I believe. The Crown is between 4 and 4 1/2" high with a 2 1/2" brim. This seems like a standard straw weave not a fine or super fine. It does say "Montechristi on the hat band but I don't think that counts for a lot. Unfortunately I wear a 7 1/4 to 7 3/8 so it's a no go with a 7 1/8 or a size 57 per Panamanian sizing. Wish it were my size because I would really enjoy owning this.
