No kidding. This is from today's New Yprk Times. OBVIOUSLY Joe DiMaggio had something to do with this. But they say the result was excellent.

Just looking at the details of what's written down, I suspect this was dictated over the phone and she wrote it down. What makes me think this is that she says "pienuts", rather than "pine nuts". That's what you'd write if you heard the word and had never heard of pine nuts before.

A lot of stuffings have giblets in them. They have intense meaty flavors that are best diluted this way. Beef hearts, chicken hearts, turkey hearts, a lot of people really like them. A friend of mine hunted moose in Canada once and the guide wanted the moose heart. It's lean red meat, after all.
