M. Bogen Halfbelt

Here's a lightweight vintage halfbelt I picked up off ebay for the princely sum of $9.99. Needs a new liner and has some issues, but is wearable. I assume this style would originally have had belts that buttoned on to the buttons at the back of the halfbelt. Tagged a 42, but I usually take a 38 in suit jackets and it fits pretty well, other than the usual edge of being too short sleeves.

Do you plan on refurbishing it (replacing the liner, etc.) or leaving it as is?

Lovely veg tanned goatskin with excellent grain! Please have it restored...the jacket's definitely worth it!

I put leather conditioner on it yesterday and it now that it's dry again, weighs about twice what it did before. Poor thing was dry as a bone.
