The afro-shop version or Sally's version?

They are probably the same product. Lottobody makes a regular setting lotion and a texturizing one. Just make sure they're labeled the same.

Also, you might want to try the setting lotion thread here to see if there's any more info.

Ok, so I found a bottle today that looks like the Sally's bottle.
It says Revlon on the side and says Texturing concentrate or something.. (And I believe it said Setting Lotion too LOL) and it seems as runny as water.
Is it the right one??
The bottle is huuuge, so I wanna be sure it's the right one to buy.

Do not buy it unless it says Lottabody on it. It just won't be the same :)

The only thing I can ever find around here is Motions Foam Wrap. It's okay, at least it doesn't make my curls crunchy.

Thanks!
I think there's like 0.7 litres in it. It's huge...and is about 10 bucks..
But I think it gets imported to my country the afro shops... that's why it's a bit pricier.

LOL @afro shops. That's cute.
Here it's all pretty much sold together at beauty supply stores but you would find it in the "Ethnic Hair" isle.
And that's something I never understood anyway since it's used on every kind of hair anyway.

Lotta Body Review

I've been looking around the site and I've heard a lot about this setting lotion called Lottabody?

Can you use it on natural (unstyled) hair?

What does it do for your hair?

Can you tell a noticeable difference betwen using it and not using it? How?

How do you use it? Spray on? With your hands like a hair creme? Any tips?

And how reliable is the 2nd review of lottabody here where it says there's no need to dilute the product?

I've never used Lotta Body but I've seen some bad reviews and good reviews. I use Proclaim Setting Solution from Sally's. A 32 oz bottle is just under $5 including tax and you don't have to dilute it if you don't want to. Its blue liquid and smells decent. Holds curls for 4 days (undiluted) or 2 days (diluted). It won't spray out of a nozzle if it's not diluted. The other option is combing it in. And you don't want saturate all your hair at the same time since it dries pretty quickly.
