lost worlds flamingo size 42

Friends,

I am trimming my collection. I have for sale a size 42 lw flamingo in black color with all Talon Zippers. I think they are Nickel? The size runs true to size 42. Very heavy jacket.

The leather might be horse but truly I do not remember (please look at images and advice) I bought this jacket about 15 years ago from Lost Words. The jacket is very heavy but not as heavy as my lw Buco J23.

I will take 500 delivered CONUS.

Pit to pit 22.5

Update upon further review main zipper is not Talon. It is scovill size #10. Also the belt has a little wear. I did not use this jacket more than five times due to the size was just a little big for me.

Thanks! I will be selling a brand new official Issue G-1 bought it about 12 years ago and was just big on me. Size 42 fits at least a size or two bigger.

The back is 25 inches long.

Beautiful jacket, unfortunately I think it may be a tad large on me. Leather looks like goatskin to me btw, but that's just an uneducated guess!

Not goat at all. I think is horse because of the density. If anyone out there with more info on this flamingo, please let me know. I can provide any close-up images to help the identification prosses.

One of my friends looked at the jacket in the flesh literarily LOL! He said it was Horse. Not like the thicker 4 Oz type. This is like 2.5-3 Oz.

The jacket still for sale. Similar to the current speed demon that retails for $1350. Mine has the Military style Nickle talon zips. The main zip is size # 10. The jacket is the lighter weight Horsehide. Not the 4+oz type. However, a very solid jacket not broken in. I did not wear much.

To be quite honest I never would have thought that a leather jacket called the flamingo would be so bad ass as this.
