No. I contacted a person who has one, a lady, I think, but she didn't seem to know how to measure the head opening on a hat, and, for such a large purchase, I would need to see it for myself before paying for it.
Even I wouldn't dare to alter that one!
If I ever go to the area she lives in, I will make an appointment, and if it is anywhere near my size, I might buy it.
