Quigley was spotted walking down main street yesterday showing off his vintage 1970s outfit made out that era's finest polyester...

I found the slacks at a second hand store for a buck. The design shows various scenes of horses and carriages trotting down country roads. Who woulda thought? I put them on for the photo and then quickly donated them to my friend's vintage clothing store down the street....lol

I think all it needs one of those knitted-together-beer-can Fedoras to make the outfit complete.
