If you've been online awhile you may know what a YTMND is. (I think it's pronounced "yittmund.") It's a somewhat stale fad of making very short, repeating animations based on a GIF file and a sound loop. Results range from inane crap to quite clever, altho you have to sit thru enough of them to appreciate the constant references to memes seen only in YTMND land.

This is a good example. In 2005 some sugar-and-caffeine-addled young pup made a GIF of Ronald McDonald driving fast and saying "l o l, internet" to fast techno music. Yippee. Well, it inspired about ten billion imitations, eventually leading to...

Hahaha, that's perfect.

If you'd like, type 'medieval' into the search bar and you will see several other memes portrayed using medieval tapestries. Absolutely hilarious.

By the way, YTMND stands for 'You're the man now dog,' a line given by Sean Connery in Finding Forester, in case you were wondering.

On mine? On a different version there's a techno beat in it.

Some gif's are funny, some are dumb. For some reason I always got a kick out of the "Head banging Hitler"
