Circa 1970s. Supple leather of medium thickness with some distressing from honest use. The leather has received a light coat of Pecards antique leather dressing. A number of general scuffs with spotting on the back (possibly from tarmac). A couple of inches of stitching separation under the right armpit (an easy fix). No holes in the leather. All zippers function properly. The zip-in lining is in excellent condition. There is a dime-sized hole in the left hand pocket. There are some inner lining tears at the armpits and inside the sleeve cuffs. All in all a nice cafe racer that really presents better in-person than you might think from the description.

Tagged size 40, fits like a medium. Please see actual measurements below for best fit. All measurements taken with jacket fully zipped and lying flat.

Shoulders seam to seam from the back: 18.5"
Chest pit to pit: 23"
Sleeve from shoulder seam to hem: 27"
Length from top of rear collar to hem: 26.25"

I'm open to fair offers on this jacket, plus actual shipping charges.

What are the black speckles on the back? It looks like it could be mold... Which if it's active mold, could spread through a closet and ruin everything in it.

It's not mold. It's likely tarmac, as stated in the description. I would never try to sell a jacket with mold either here or anywhere else.
That's good to know; I didn't read the description closely enough to notice that bit about the tarmac. I wonder if it would clean up OK with an appropriate solvent for tar...

There may be a solvent out there to try, I'm not sure. Like I said, it presents better in person than it might appear from the photos. I'm honestly open to offers if you're interested.

BUMP. I didn't pay a lot for this one so feel free to send an offer.

This might even be a nice starter CR for newbies looking to see if they like the style. :)
