I recently won a 3X Western Dress / Sherrifs Hat (mid 60's)

But felt it needed more help than I was capable of. Soooo, I shipped it to Mike the Hatter. $27.95 and 10 days later I had a "Fedorized" 3" Brim Dress Hat.(Got to LOVE those WIDE Brims)

I emailed Mike The Hatter a couple of weeks ago to ask if they will replace edge bindings - got no response. Has someone here gotten an edge binding replaced by them?
