This is an excellent condition Johnson Leathers jacket hand made in San Francisco. The style is more of a Bomber jacket than an actual A-2. It is extremely comfortable and warm too because of the quilted lining in both the body and the sleeves. It is a Size 46 but not a Tall. I would say it would be perfect for someone up to 5' 9" and around 200 lbs. The leather is in excellent condition and the lining is dead on perfect. This simply put is a perfect jacket for someone wanting a decent leather jacket that gives a nice comfortable fit and made by one of the premier leather jacket makers in the U.S. There are no cigarette smells at all in fact the jacket has not been worn much at all.

I am pretty sure it is cowhide but very malleable. It seems to thick for goat. There is not an indication as to leather type on the jacket.
