Its been awhile since I've posted here so I thought I would check in.
I've been mighty busy here lately, I went back to college and I'm back on campus this term. This meant moving yet again, got a nice little house built in the 40's with a shop out back so I can get a project car going again. Its a bit odd being in classes where most of the people there are at least 10 years younger than me. Its kind of interesting because I'm doing a bit of paleontology work in the lab in my spare time. I'm about 4 classes away from having my required credits for my archaeology major, quite a bit further on my biology major.
One thing that has completely struck me is how "sloppy" so many of these kids are. Half the class is dressed in sweats, and most of the rest wear jeans that hang around their knees. You all should have seen the looks when I wore my fedora to school one day, you would have thought I had a hole in my head.
Some of my professors have even made comments about it and the fact that half the time I look like I'm the only one that is awake during classes.
I'm thinking about adding a few things to my wardrobe give me a bit more of a classic style at school (and in general) separating myself from the regular riff raff and slobs in my classes. Any suggestions?
