This could definitely be one thread.

I am still not sure I understand your issue so I don't blame them.

The inner lining is moving when worn? Can you show a before and after?

Okay, this took me a moment but let me see if I understand what you mean; The entire jacket is literally leaning to the left, exposing more of the left side of your neck / collar & pulling at your right arm, also resulting in more of your arm being shown?

I think I was emotional and made a mistake. I'm trying to re-communicate with the seller. Thank you for your attention.

I actually see the problem, if this is what I think it is and I'd say you're both right - You actually having an issue and they never before facing this issue. Try to work something out with them, they're good people but please give them some slack as well as they obviously need to figure out what the problem is and what is causing it.

I have sort of had a couple of jackets behaving that way but both were way too large for me and both had too much stuff going on on one side, like extra pockets, etc. Both were cross zips. Design-wise, B-3 does share certain similarities with biker jackets, having more material on the left side (storm flap, collar belt, etc.) but correctly sized jacket should sit firmly on your frame. It definitely shouldn't have enough space that could allow it to actually physically lean on you.
