Unfortunately, I had to use a similar line with a Staff Sergeant a few years back. I was backed up by an OSI agent and a Security Policeman with an M-16. His crime? Repeat offender in surfing to "adult" porn sites from his work computer.

As for the outfits, I'll take the lime green one--after all, "See and Be Seen" as we tell new motorcycle riders!
